  • $4,000 – Symposium Partners (two available)  – SOLDOUT
    • Three full-event registrations.
    • Listed as exclusive partners for the event in all promotional materials. 
    • Slide in a presentation highlighting our sponsors to play at Welcome Address and Keynote Luncheon.
    • Stand-up banner display near registration (banner provided by sponsor).
    • Exclusive sponsorship of Keynote Luncheon and Speaker including either a one- to two-minute address at lunch or promotional materials displayed on luncheon tables.
  • $3,200 – Lanyard Sponsor (only one available) – SOLDOUT
    • Two full-event registration.
    • Slide in a presentation highlighting our sponsors to play at Welcome Address and Keynote Luncheon.
    • Company logo printed on badge lanyards (lanyards provided by sponsor).
  • $3,000 – Welcome Address Sponsor (only one available) – SOLDOUT

  • $1,800 – Platinum Sponsor (six available) – SOLDOUT
    • Two full-event registrations.

    • Sponsor address at one technical breakout session.
  • $1,500- Student Attendance Sponsor (two available) – SOLDOUT
    • Able to sponsor up to 30 students to attend event 
    • Acknowledgement of student participants sponsored during lunch
    • Company logo on student attendee name tags 
  • $1,500 – Happy Hour Sponsor (four available) – SOLDOUT
    • One full-event registration.
    • Slide in a presentation highlighting our sponsors to play at Welcome Address and Keynote Luncheon.
    • Six-foot table, two chairs and linens provided during evening happy hour and able to have company items (optional).
    • Opportunity for Sponsor to hand out drink tickets to attendees.

  • $800 – Afternoon Break Sponsor (two available) – SOLDOUT
    • Signage displayed during snack and coffee breaks.
    • Opportunity to greet attendees near refreshment tables.

  • $400 – Small Business Sponsor
    • One full-event registration.
    • Open to Colorado DBE, ESB, WBE and SBE firms in business five years or less.

Payment via check is preferred for sponsorships. For those that require credit card payment, a processing fee of 5% will be assessed.
